Learning Center Support Staff

We believe in fostering a growth mindset which allows us to nimbly adapt to what each day brings. The Meadows Learning Center Support Team Member supports the Meadows Learning Center (MLC) team with all guest activities from fitting rental equipment to lunch service and clean up. The ideal MLC Support Team member can actively engage with students of all ages, welcoming them to their mountain home and guiding them throughout their lesson experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be at least 14 years of age or older
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced public environment
• Ability to effectively communicate with parents and children
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to commit to working weekends and holidays during the ski and snowboard season
• Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonable business
• This position is subject to a pre-employment background check for team members aged 18 and older
