TWA Retail Store Manager

The Retail Store Manager at the TWA Hotel will be based on-site at the hotel with a primary focus on tracking and managing the myriad details associated with all TWA Hotel retail sales, including 3rd party retail.

Responsibilities:

• Daily B&M retail sales volume review of 500+ SKUs -
• Daily requisitioning from airport-based warehouse to all retail locations
• Daily review of procurement/ordering thresholds to avoid out-of-stocks
• Daily ecommerce sales volume review of 190 SKUs
• Place relevant POs through Adaco for items requiring re-order
• Placing bi-weekly orders from 3rd party logistics operator to airport-based warehouse
• Maintain Perpetual Inventory (Initial stock less items sold daily)
• Spot Check Inventory Levels to Perpetual Inventory Sheet daily
• Processing of eCommerce returns / issuing refunds
• Managing and scheduling of retail store staff
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous retail managed experience a plus
• Previous management experience required
• High School degree or equivalent required
• Demonstrated knowledge in Tracking Budget Expenses, Pricing,
• Vendor Relationships
• Market Knowledge
• Staffing, Results,
• Strategic Planning, Client/Vendor Relationships.
• Previous financial/accounting training or experience a plus.
• Computer database skills required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software programs
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Ability to operate POS systems
• Solid understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension skills
