Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Revenue Analyst to work a Remote role within one of our footprint locations: VA, WV, PA, SC, NC, TN, GA.

Are you ready?
Responsible for: ERATE, Rural Health Care & PSPN administration, billing, reconciliation and analysis, CRM Billing journal entries, including taxes and accruals. Completes review of month-over-month CRM billings to identify changes and determine potential drivers. Responsible for CDG Billing journal entries and creates a monthly summary of payments from customers on CDG Billing accounts. Completes review of month over-month CDG billings to identify changes and determine potential drivers. Performs the monthly PSPN Commission preparation, accrual and reporting during month-end close.
 

Responsible for completing monthly account reconciliations for: *CRM Accounts Receivable, *CDG Accounts Receivable, *CDG CABS Reserve, *Advance billing, *USAC Receivable, *Accrued PSPN Commissions
 

The ideal candidate should possess the following: The ability to manage ERATE Universal Service Fund funding program for schools, libraries and Rural Health Care for telemedicine accounts including PSPN; processes monthly credits to schools, libraries, and Rural Health Care accounts; verification of funded accounts in WFM; monthly billing of ERATE for monies adjusted and reconciliation of payments versus adjustments. Researches, resolves, and audits billing problems and discrepancies. Establishes program tracking mechanisms and controls to reduce exposure to billing errors and ensure Segra is billing and collecting all amounts allowed by the programs. Works closely with crossfunctional teams across the organization to resolve and support customer billing issues/inquiries. Must also ensure that record retention is performed within USAC rules and regulations. 


Education or Experience:
Requires BS/BA in Accounting or Finance; 2-5 years of experience in the Accounting or Finance field or 2-3 years of experience in ERATE, USAC or government funded programs required

Solid knowledge of the organization's technologies and practices *Influence/People Leadership - May provide general guidance/direction or train junior-level support and professional personnel.  Establishes and maintains rapport with internal and external customers.  *Intermediate Excel experience required.  Advanced experience preferred
