Nursing Scheduler - Nursing Scheduler

Summary:

This person is responsible for coordinating, creating, maintaining schedules, work rotations & clinical schedules using Dayforce Staffing Software and track open positions for recruitment.  Additionally, job duties include auditing punches, inputting missed punch documentation, and verifying hours punched to schedule.

Education and Job Experience:

• High School Diploma require
• STNA license preferred
• Experience with Dayforce preferred
• 1 years of related work experience required
• Basic knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Excellent time management & prioritization skills
• General office skills, including professional phone etiquette
• Collaborative spirit and ability to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Understanding of PPD and PBJ

Job Responsibilities:

• Train, assist, and build relationships with facility staff and management team under the supervision of the Director of Nursing 
• Building and maintaining master schedules 
• Communicate through On-Shift scheduling software
• Follow facility policy 
• Respect the confidentiality of staff and residents
