Call Center | Appointment Scheduler - Beaverton Honda

Beaverton Honda is interviewing now, for onsite Appointment Schedulers with a "customer first" mentality, and a clear and friendly phone voice, to join our Business Development Center (BDC).  Our BDC Agents will interact with a wide range of individuals and handle their concerns in a way that is pleasant, effective and efficient. This position will be five days a week, including Saturdays, and schedules will vary.  Center hours are 7a to 7p, schedules may be assigned within those timeframes.

If you have drive and determination, love speaking on the phone and have excellent customer service skills, we would like to meet you. The position is somewhat sedentary in body . . . but quite invigorating in mind and spirit.  You will have the opportunity to interact with hundreds of customers on the phone.   A background in sales, call centers or high-volume phone calls is a plus, but not required.  Spanish bilingual a huge plus.  

• Fast paced appointment scheduling for our service team, in a high volume outbound call center environment (inbound/outbound positions are available as a career path, as merited)
• $17/hour, non-exempt
• Full time, five-day work weeks (may include Saturdays)
• No overtime

•     Must have the ability to work days, evenings (7 pm latest), and weekends as scheduled – MANDATORY (we are open six days a week; service is closed on Sunday)
