WisconnValley Media is looking for a full-time Customer Service Specialist to join our department.  The primary role of this position is to assist customers through a variety of support channels in a professional and efficient manner.  Responsibilities also include end of day transaction reports and coordinating services between subscribers and our District Management team.


The ideal candidate for this position must be detail-orientated, deadline focused and possess excellent communication skills.  Previous experience handling data entry or working in a sales environment is highly preferred.  Ability to work well under tight deadlines and multi-task is required.
