Pay: Starting from $18.00 + depending on years of experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am - 3pm
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Qualifications:
- High School or GED, preferred.
- Demonstrate skills in all major areas of maintenance, such as:
- carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, electrical and vehicle diagnosing and
- repair, landscaping, painting, roofing, and pool maintenance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and document individual maintenance and repairs utilizing the Maintenance Helpdesk ticket software.
- Close all tickets completed daily.
- Plan and execute short and long-term projects.
- Communicate pertinent information to Facilities Manager and if needed to COO.
- Make immediate decisions regarding minor expenditures.
- Submit all receipts through website identified by agency in a timely manner.
- Monitor A New Leaf vehicles to include checklist, auto insurance, and repairs.
- Identify safety needs.
- Participate in on-call rotation; respond to on-call in timely fashion when scheduled.
- Responsible for general upkeep of assigned physical facility.
- Perform basic carpentry repairs and minor remodeling jobs.
- Responsible for painting, repairs, heating/cooling, electrical, hydrating, and plumbing systems, appliances, and make appropriate recommendations to Facilities Manager.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass various background checks
- Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Current auto liability insurance
- Clean 39-month driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age
