Pay: Starting from $18.00 + depending on years of experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am - 3pm
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Qualifications:

  • High School or GED, preferred.
  • Demonstrate skills in all major areas of maintenance, such as:
    • carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, electrical and vehicle diagnosing and
    • repair, landscaping, painting, roofing, and pool maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and document individual maintenance and repairs utilizing the Maintenance Helpdesk ticket software.
  • Close all tickets completed daily.
  • Plan and execute short and long-term projects.
  • Communicate pertinent information to Facilities Manager and if needed to COO.
  • Make immediate decisions regarding minor expenditures.
  • Submit all receipts through website identified by agency in a timely manner.
  • Monitor A New Leaf vehicles to include checklist, auto insurance, and repairs.
  • Identify safety needs.
  • Participate in on-call rotation; respond to on-call in timely fashion when scheduled.
  • Responsible for general upkeep of assigned physical facility.
  • Perform basic carpentry repairs and minor remodeling jobs.
  • Responsible for painting, repairs, heating/cooling, electrical, hydrating, and plumbing systems, appliances, and make appropriate recommendations to Facilities Manager.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass various background checks
  • Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test
  • Current auto liability insurance
  • Clean 39-month driving record
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
