SUMMARY

Manage the qualifications process using all forms and documents used in the BCO Qualifications department to onboard prospective entrepreneurs

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Manage the process of qualifying incoming BCO/Operators/Equipment
• Prepare and distribute various excel reports
• Termination of operators that do not meet minimum guidelines
• Assist in the training of new employees
• Ensure all forms and documents used are current
• Interface with prospective operators/BCOS
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS

• AS/400
• Elite customer service skills
• Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Ability to prioritize tasks ad make sound decisions
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good organizational and analytical skills

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• 1 to 3 years related experience required
