Hours: M-F, 9am-6pm
Location: Onsite

SUMMARY

Works on projects/matters of varied complexity in a support role. Work is supervised, yet there is some autonomy.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • General application of concepts and principles
  • Handles the investigation, evaluation, and/or resolution of issues
  • Respond to all inquiries timely
  • Provide feedback to improve processes
  • Works with other departments as needed
  • Communicate effectively with all necessary parties
  • Assists in preparation, coordination, and documentation of relevant processes
  • Reviews documents for accuracy and completeness, gathering missing documentation as needed

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, preferred
  • Minimum Experience: One to five years of relevant experience 

ESSENTIAL DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC DUTIES and/or SKILLS

  • Analyze customer credit information to determine risk and approve credit lines up to $25K
  • Analyze various reports from credit agencies and communicate with those agencies regarding discrepancies
  • Create and update customer records, in multiple systems, to ensure customer master data integrity
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and organized records of account activity. Use all resources available to ensure data is valid
  • Manage large amounts of incoming requests and respond timely
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within a reasonable timeframe, and follow up to ensure resolution. This includes the ability to diffuse elevated situations
  • File documents for audit and potential legal issues
  • Assist with prepayment arrangements
  • Other duties as assigned
