NATURE AND SCOPE
The Website Design and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) role will be responsible for working closely with our digital strategy team and leading the marketing aspects of the website (campaigns and SEO) that attract visitors, increase engagement, generate leads, optimize conversions and deliver on the highest level of end user sentiment. Additionally, it will not only require thoughtful analysis of data to determine where there are opportunities, but the foresight to always begin with analytics that will be the most meaningful in developing strategies and constant digital journey improvements throughout our digital assets.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Marketing, Internet Marketing, Website Development, Digital Media, Business, Communications, or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

3. Minimum four years of website design, analytics & SEO experience.
4. Analytical and data-driven mindset, leveraging insights to make informed decisions.
5. Proficient using Web Content Management Systems such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Tag Manager.
6. Experience with hypothesis-driven A/B testing, experiment design, and analysis.
7. Understanding of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and aptitude for technical troubleshooting.
8. Knowledge of digital product end user experience concepts such as UX, UI, Content, SEO, etc.
9. Ability to anticipate market or business issues and recommend improvements / enhancements.
10. Strong understanding or certification in ADA standards and experience aligning to WCAG.
11. Ability to grasp marketing concepts to enable collaboration with the marketing team on new content needs so they can be applied to digital properties in a compatible manner.
12. Manage vendor relationships that support website delivery.
13. Must develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position. Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Work closely with digital strategy and marketing teams to own the performance and growth of the Landmark public facing website. This role will implement Landmark’s web-based marketing strategy to promote the company’s brand, attract visitors and potential leads, and generate new members.
2. Coordinates with larger marketing team to ensure active promotions and campaigns are represented on the website.
3. Collaborates with agency, digital and content team to monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company’s site.
4. Optimize website experience journey and conversion points to drive engagement and product adoption. 
5. Ideate and propose creative web experiences that address recognized opportunities and maximize demand generation results.
6. Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to track results and identify optimization.
7. Build and report on website KPI targets for marketing campaigns.
8. Identify new opportunities for optimization, testing and growth, and validate via A/B testing.
9. Assist in defining website requirements that maximize impact on the user journey and conversion.
10. Oversee and execute project management for assigned marketing web initiatives.
11. Collaborate with channel team to determine website landing needs to optimize the performance of outbound digital advertising.
12. Manage, grow, and standardize digital journey experience data in Landmark’s content management system.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
