Are you willing and able to perform receptionist and clerical duties as you develop in the role, track business-critical information, and communicate with customers and vendors? 

If so, Kirby Risk has a challenging role for you as a Sales Support Associate in Indianapolis.

Want to know if you are a good fit? You must . . .  

• Have a high school diploma/GED and 1+ year’s clerical/office experience. 
• Enjoy serving as a switchboard operator, receptionist, and other sales support responsibilities (counter help), as assigned. 
• Demonstrate computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office preferred. 
• Possess excellent telephone etiquette, attention to detail, and organizational skills. 
• Develop and maintain constructive relationships with other business units and departments and demonstrate professionalism when representing the company. 

Primary requirements include: 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• The ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities. 
• A strong sense of urgency 
• The ability to push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.     
• The ability to talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
