Process Engineering Supervisor

• Maintain and improve manufacturing operations.
• Leverage available department resources and determine organizational priorities.
• Manage multiple projects at once, including several long-term (> 1 year) projects.
• Build a network of subject-matter-experts to solve complex problems.
• Gain organizational support for initiatives.
• Determine project scope, support production needs, and lead cross-functional teams.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment or, a degree in Industrial Supervision or 5 years’ supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and keep them on schedule.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer contact skills.
• Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail skills.

 Hours and Travel:

Production Hours range from 7 am – 5 pm, Mon – Fri, depending on business needs. Some overtime. Travel for training or to customers as needed.
