Automation Administrator

At Kirby Risk, an Automation Administrator is a multi-faceted role with opportunities for growth and development! 

As an Automation Administrator, you will be a part of a collaborative team while having your own tasks. Your primary focus will be on processing Rockwell Automation software quotes/orders and contracts. You will communicate with the sales team, customers, and all organizational levels.

What will I be doing as an Automation Administrator?

• Primary Focus: Manage Rockwell Automation Software Quotes & Orders
• You will be crossed trained in the following: 
• Rockwell Service Contracts order entry
• Quoting & Enrolling students into Training Classes
• Customer Success Activities
• Communication with the Sales Team

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Work well both independently and in a collaborative environment
• Demonstrated computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office preferred
• High School, GED, or relevant sales experience
