Customer Service Representative - Mechanical Solutions and Service

Kirby Risk Mechanical Solutions and Service in Lafayette, Indiana, is looking for someone who is customer service driven and committed grow our line of quality electric motors, power transmission products, electric motor repair and preventative/predictive maintenance service.

What will I do as a Customer Service Representative?

• Assist customers and internal account managers with motor repair inquiries, new motors sales, and outsides services scheduling. 
• Calculate estimates on incoming repair jobs and provide formal quotes to customers.
• Receive and enter customer orders and track and coordinate the repair process
• Promptly provided effective resolutions to customer service issues
• Order parts for jobs at the lowest possible price, best quality, and effective delivery schedule.
• Pleasantly and professionally performs all after hour's office tasks in response to customer needs as scheduled

What are some of the Physical Requirements?

The ability to push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.

What is the schedule?

Occasional travel is required.
