KI is seeking a Software Developer to join their Information Technology Department.  This position is located at KI's Corporate Headquarters in Green Bay, WI.

The Software Developer will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting our PLM System – Windchill. The Software Developer will ensure that the system is working at optimal levels, interact with vendors to handle issues and handle the development of requested changes and new solutions to meet the functionality requirements necessary for operations.

 

Experience:

-5+ years of work experience in an IT Design, Development and support function or equivalent combination of education and experience

-Experience in the following technologies: .NET, C#, Java and Web Development Languages

-Experience applying technical solutions to business requirements

-Experience with database modeling and design, configuration and information management preferred

-Experience in system configuration and maintenance preferred

-Knowledge/experience in AS400/IBMi, OS/400, DB2, RPG/RPGLE and CL programming skills, SQL coding is a plus

 

Additional Information:

-Job duties include design, code, unit test, system test, performance test, debug, implement, document, and support solution systems through new system development, enhancements of existing systems, or implementation of third-party products

-Knowledge of connectivity to other platforms (web services and web api's)

-Experience estimating work or project effort for proposed solutions

-Strong problem solving and decision making

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with non-technical personnel

-Ability to work with users to identify problems, define and implement solutions

-Ability to manage a high volume of work with excellent accuracy
