KI has an immediate opening for a Director of Pallas Sales Distribution located at KI’s Corporate Office in Green Bay, or at a remote location where travel is easily accessible.  Pallas is a division of KI that supplies textiles for various contract furniture manufactures as well as other end users. 

The Director of Pallas Sales Distribution will guide, direct, and develop a national sales organization for the Pallas Textiles division of KI and will execute the corporate strategy to successfully achieve business objectives.  Much of your time will be spent on distribution management which includes identifying key geographic markets where Pallas needs additional representation and identifying potential third-party groups with complimentary lines that could be aligned with Pallas markets.  You will travel to various districts to assess performance of both direct and independent distribution partners and participate in joint sales calls, client presentations, A&D events, and business reviews with principles.  You will establish target accounts with an assigned sales goal objective and maintain effective account plan strategies.  In addition, this individual will be responsible for preparing forecast projections to ensure commitments are being met in alignment with incoming business plan financials. 

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with 3-5 years sales experience, and 3-5 years sales management experience.  Similar industry experience is desirable.  Domestic travel will be required up to 50% of the time.
