The individual selected for this role is responsible for supporting the Margin and Cash Management Department in daily operations and providing fundamental client support in all phases of operational service and account maintenance.  A successful candidate will possess strong mathematical skills, demonstrate superior commitment to client service, participate in process and system optimization, and exhibit considerable attention to detail.

  • Accurately processes and records checks received to ensure timely credit for both the firm and customer
  • Accurately processes incoming and outgoing wire transfers (domestic and international), remote bank deposits, and remote disbursements
  • Handles daily reconciliation between various external financial institutions and internal transaction accounts
  • Reviews activity for proper approvals and maintains effective control procedures at all times. Provide excellent telephone services to branch offices and clients
  • Process data-entry needs within BETA Host for Operations (examples: Client Accounts, updates, etc.)
  • Work with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other applications to complete necessary operational duties
  • Interface effectively with Operations and Management Team, Operations Departments, and all other areas
  • Process incoming mail with timely attention to checks and other paperwork
  • Manage all correspondence (including fax) with proper approvals and record keeping
  • Assemble and complete mailings
  • Assist with projects and operations initiatives, including overtime when necessary
  • Learn relevant regulations, laws, and compliance necessary for your work
  • Perform other duties as assigned and assist others, when necessary

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Conveys and performs in a highly professional manner

Required Experience

  • College degree strongly preferred; Series 7 preferred but not required
  • At least 3 years of related industry experience in Cash Management and/or Treasury Services highly desired


This role will be hybrid, the individual will work approximately three days per week in-office.
