Program Assistant - Part Time - Youth and Family Therapy

As a Program Assistant for the Treasure Valley Youth and Family Services office, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by providing clerical, administrative and operational support for the program.

Must Haves:

• • Possess a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid, state-issued driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire

Our Program Assistants:

• • Greets telephone callers and visitors in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Assists with scheduling and setting meetings for the program
  • Maintains client records ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information
  • Manages general accounting items for the facility including invoices and petty cash

As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
