Clerk II - Shipping - Full Time - eCommerce

As an eCommerce Clerk II - Shipping in our eCommerce department, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by listing books for sale online and ensuring all incoming orders are filled and shipped accurately; the profits of which go to fund our Programs and Services and make them accessible to all youth who need those services in Idaho.

Must Haves:

• • Be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality and self-motivated to meet deadlines
  • Some experience working in inventory management
  • Some experience with team delegation

Preferred:

• Experience with man lift
• Some experience in shipping procedures and packaging
• Some experience in online store

Our eCommerce Clerk II - Shipping employees:

• • Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch
  • Prepares all paperwork to pull sold orders from day(s) prior
  • Coordinates and stages sold/packaged items for shipping
  • Data entry, inventory management of online commerce items
