Department description: 
Corporate Communications communicates externally, through various digital communications platforms, including web, social media, newsletter blog, graphics, photos & videos, to our various constituencies about ISO New England, its role and mission, and the industry and policy initiatives in which ISO New England is involved. The department also facilitates internal communications to employees.

What will you be working on:
We're seeking an enthusiastic intern, ready to hit to ground running, to produce diverse types of content that helps tell the ISO story to run on our different platforms; will also serve as the 'embedded reporter' for the summer internship program.

How will you make an impact:
Our intern will gain real-world work experience in a professional setting, joining a highly skilled team. This intern will work on diverse content assignments that will help grow communications skills, professional judgment, critical thinking, and creativity.

What we look for in a candidate:
  • Demonstrated experience in writing and editing through prior student internships, and/or involvement in student newspapers, personal blogs, photography clubs, etc.
  • Microsoft and Adobe Creative Suites; photography and video editing software
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Airtable, and Critical Mention helpful.


To be eligible for the internship candidate must have completed at least the first year of college and be currently enrolled in a four year or graduate-level academic program. Candidates must have the authority to work in the US on a permanent basis, without requiring sponsorship.
