Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Our purpose is to design and deliver innovative solutions to protect the traveling public and road workers by making transportation safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

 

Job Summary:

This role will provide robust financial analysis support for the business, which will include monthly P&L analysis and forecast, annual budgeting, Capex reviews, and strategic planning.

 

Essential Job Duties:

  • Lead the monthly financial analysis and review, analyze and communicate variance drivers, and formulate corrective actions in conjunction with the Commercial and Operations teams.
  • Conduct accurate monthly forecasting, including P&L and balance sheet
  • Lead robust Capex reviews to ensure optimal deployment of capital
  • Actively participate in defining and executing long-range strategic planning
  • Identify & act upon areas of opportunities in cost reduction, margin expansion, and process improvement
  • Performs ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting or Finance
  • Five or more years of experience as a senior-level accounting or finance professional
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
  • Strong data analysis, systems retrieval, and data interpretation skills
  • Familiar with financial software and databases such as JDE, Tagetik, and Hyperion.
