Part-Time LPN - Memory Care- Must Have Open Availability

Responsibilities include assisting with leading a team of CNA's and Medication Aides, following up with family members, charting on plans of care, and providing compassionate support. The ideal candidate will be patient, friendly and possess excellent communication skills. Compassion and a service-oriented mind are a must!
