• Must have active Class B CDL with passenger endorsement and airbrake endorsement

This role includes driver training, managing in-service records, and overseeing special safety projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace conditions are safe
• Instill a safety-first mentality throughout the operation
• Develop and implement safety procedures and policies
• Maintain compliance with Local, State and Federal regulations
• Manage Safety Programming onboard vehicles, including DriveCam, Samsara, and SmartDrive
• Revise, implement, and train managers and supervisors on prevention plans
• Create trend analyses for accidents and safety incidents
• Develop and conduct driver testing and training programs

Qualifications & Experience

• Good communication skills and ability to interact with riders and clients with clarity, tact and courtesy
• Must be computer literate and have working experience Microsoft Office suite
• Must be able to work various days and hours with flexibility, as required
• Must be qualified to work in the United States
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ bus operations experience
• Must have 3 years’ experience in Transportation Safety Management or combination of driving and safety experience.
• Requires experience with FMCSA regulations as prescribed by the US Department of Transportation
• BTW trainer is preferred
