SET UP HDWR ASSEMBLY

Job Title: Set Up Hardware Assembler     Department: Set Up
Reports To: Production Manager             Effective Date: 09/12/2022

Job Summary

Duties/Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Set up Hardware Assemblerr to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling custom designed production forms to blueprint specifications.

Required Skills/Abilities:

·         Experience in a concrete manufacturing environment

·        Experience in carpentry, mold building set up preferred.

·        Knowledge in use of hand tools

·        Be creative, eager to learn and have good work ethic

·        Must be safety conscious

·        Willingness to learn and adapt to Gate standards as needed

·        Willingness and ability to work as a team player

·        Perform additional duties as requested or required.

Education and Experience:
 

High School diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, reach, climb stairs, squat, grasp, and twist for extended periods
This is an indoor/outdoor work environment: Exposure to sun, heat, humidity, cold, wind, light rain, sand, and dust.
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment such as 6" leather work boots, hard hat, work gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection
