Job Requirements

• Previous fine dining restaurant experience preferred.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Offer support to the service staff
• Assist in running food and clearing tables
• Provide bread and water service to guests
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and surroundings

Job Knowledge: The practice of exceptional customer service, courtesy and positive people skills.    

Job Summary: Ensure members and guests have an enjoyable dining experience by being a floating back up to assist the servers and bartenders in all aspects of service.    

Schedule

Varied to include weekends and holidays.
