Join our growing IT Infrastructure team. We are looking for a Level 3, IT Support Technician to support our employees. This role can be based in our Nashville, TN or Jersey City, NJ offices on a hybrid schedule or remote.

What You Will Do:

Primary escalation point for technology issues that are unable to be resolved by level 1 and level 2 support staff
Responsible for advanced troubleshooting of supported services
Provide training to level 1 and level 2 support technicians
Provide ‘on-site’ support, as needed or required
Responsible for escalating and routing issues they are unable to r esolve to the appropriate team
May be responsible for project work collaborating with other teams

What You Will Have:

Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office platform
Knowledge of the Azure platform
Knowledge of the AWS platform
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Experience with Jira
4 years of experience in enterprise IT
High school diploma
