Joining our growing IT Infrastructure team. We are looking for a Level 2, IT Support Technician to assist our employees. This role will be based in our Nashville, TN office on a hybrid work schedule.

What You Will Do:

Function as the primary escalation point for technology issues that are unable to be resolved by level 1 staff
Responsible for advanced troubleshooting of supported services
Provide training to level support technicians
Provide ‘on-site’ support, as needed or required
Manage and maintain Ansible
Push software to thin clients via Ansible
Manage and maintain Jira
May be responsible for project work collaborating with other teams

What You Will Have:

Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office platform
Knowledge of the Azure platform
Knowledge of the AWS platform
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Experience with Jira
4 years of experience in enterprise IT
High school diploma
