Vice President, Total Rewards
What You Will Do:
- Develop and implement compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and equity awards, to attract, retain, and empower employees
- Define compensation bands based on roles and locations that are consistent throughout the organization
- Manage the Benefits Lead to oversee the organization's benefits programs driving for employee focused plans and incentives
- Create recognition programs that recognize and reward employees for their contributions and performance
- Guide the design, development, and implementation of wellness programs that promote employee health and well-being
- Stay informed of emerging trends and best practices in total rewards and regularly evaluate and recommend changes to the organization's programs to ensure they remain competitive
- Collaborate with HR partners and other key stakeholders to ensure the effective communication and implementation of total rewards programs
- Create internal compensation branding messaging to ensure the employees understand the components and rationale towards total compensation
- 10+ years of experience in total rewards, with a track record of developing and implementing successful programs in fast-paced, growing organizations
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement total rewards strategies that support the organization's business goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to total rewards
