What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Housing Assistant within our ALE division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business. In this role, you will contribute to the department’s efficiency by processing accurate and timely tasks and providing support to enhance the team’s productivity by assisting in various other duties of the coordinators job responsibilities. You will report directly to Shaye Bowling and regularly collaborate with.
How We Work
As a Housing Assistant you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in the St. Charles, IL office.
- Company-issued equipment + remote access.
- Formal, hands-on training.
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Maintain a daily tracking log of file assignments using tasks
- Process lease extensions
- Process file move outs.
- Collect documentation from outside vendors
- Process last minute lease extensions.
- Schedule & confirm furniture pick up dates with vendors
- Support Housing Coordinators by corresponding with clients to determine housing status and confirm move out dates
- Not limited to above, assists with other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills, be very organized, have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multi task, have experience with accounting software/payables and have a professional phone demeanor with the ability to handle intricate personalities.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Property Management experience/background a plus.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook required.
- ACT experience a plus.
