Director of Product Management – Invoice Automation

The Director of Product Management is responsible for Corpay’s Invoice Automation line of business. This role creates and executes the product segment growth plan by improving product capability, enabling sales execution, and ensuring operational readiness.  This is a critical role with responsibility for strategic growth area for Corpay’s business.


Job Duties

  • Develop, champion, and execute the product roadmap
  • Coordinate multiple development teams and product owners to execute the roadmap
  • Initiate user research studies to evaluate target markets and understand customer needs
  • Collaborate with UX and Design teams to enhance the overall user experience
  • Partner with General Manager, Sales, Marketing and Development to grow the business
  • Establish customer configuration standards to easily offer product bundles and add on services
  • Build business cases for new technologies and capabilities to expand card and expense capability
  • Make trade-off and prioritization recommendations to the executive team
  • Evaluate and manage expense management partners
  • Analyze and recommend acquisition opportunities


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 5-8 years product management experience with B2B SaaS
  • Direct product management experience with an Invoice Automation software application
  • Track record of driving growth as a product manager
  • Leadership mentality with a bias for action
  • Eagerness to share recognition and partner across functional areas
  • Strong collaboration skills to effectively work across the organization
  • Possess an analytical nature with the ability to make trade off decisions without perfect data
  • Proven record of leading multiple workstreams across multiple scrum teams
  • Deep experience with Agile development methodologies, Scrum preferred
  • Education and Experience

    • 5-7 years’ experience in technical product management for a B2B SaaS product offerings
    • Bachelor’s degree and MBA preferred
    • Financial industry and expense management experience preferred
    • Credit card payment experience preferred
