Here’s what you’ll do:

As a member of the HRIS team, your role specializes in the following:

  • Provides prompt, accurate assistance regarding payroll/HRIS related questions, issues, and/or information requests 
  • Administer HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce) changes, upgrades, documentation, customization, and reporting with our system.
  • Analyze processes and translate into business requirements
  • Develops and designs database table infrastructure and dashboards
  • Leads client Dayforce module implementations (performance, compensation, engagement)
  • Participates on a variety of projects, providing subject matter expertise

 

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related technology
  • At least 3 years of payroll, HRIS or related experience
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
  • Demonstrated technical competence with various Payroll/HR information systems (e.g. Ceridian, ADP, Lawson)
  • Skill in implementation, deployment and upgrade management for HRIS applications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Skill in problem solving
  • Skill in working as part of a team
  • Skill in consistently meeting deadlines while managing multiple priorities in an environment of change
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Working knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within payroll and benefit disciplines
  • General knowledge of accounting principles, math and recordkeeping aptitude.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including creation of reports from multiple data sets
  • General knowledge of SQL

Preferred Knowledge:

  • Dayforce administration experience
