EXL is looking for an accomplished and results-driven finance professional with a proven track record of driving successful finance transformation initiatives. Possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R).

 

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects (Procure to Pay and/or Order to Cash), including process redesign, technology implementation, and organizational change management.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify pain points and inefficiencies in finance processes and develop solutions to address them.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end business processes and work with sub-ledger groups (Payroll, AR, AP, Credit & Collections, etc.).
  • Streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and increase efficiency.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of finance transformation initiatives and track progress over time.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate finance teams on new processes and systems, ensuring smooth adoption and integration.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
  • Prepared monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into financial performance and trends.

 

Education: Bachelor of Science/Accounting

 

Certifications (Desirable): Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB), Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location and experience.
