Title: Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
  • Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  • Document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements and elicit feedback.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business process models, use cases, and test plans.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide insights into business performance.
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of software solutions or vendors.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the implementation of new systems or processes.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in specific industries or domains (e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce) may be beneficial.
