Description:

EXL has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resource Onboarding Specialist to join our Colombia HR team based in Bogota CO.

The ideal candidate will experience in all areas related to the human resources field. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

Responsibilities

Helps in HR onboarding and compliance.

• Act as the key advisor on all employee relations issues and effectively communicate to all levels of employee relation matters

• Facilitate employee conflict resolution, disciplinary and grievance processes

• Streamline the HR process and drive automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong ability to multitask

• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure

• Analyze HR statistics and metrics like employee performance, turnover, retention, and cost per hire rate

• Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance.

· Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance

· Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department

· Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances

· Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

· Provide HR policy guidance

· Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning

· Identify training needs for teams and individuals

· Evaluate training programs

· Suggest new HR strategies

· Manage performance improvement plan / performance development plan

· Provide guidance aligned with the Business to determine a terminate decision

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Min. 5+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources Management roles

• Knowledgeable in all Colombian HR legislations (compensation, benefits, retention, engagement, payroll, etc.)

• Maintain HR procedures in compliance with regulations

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English level- C1

• Enthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills

• Proficiency with various Windows programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
