Payroll Specialist

Elite Parking is hiring a Payroll Specialist. The position will oversee payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately and in compliance with government regulations. You must have payroll experience.

What you'll be doing:
- accurately and timely process payroll for both hourly and salaried employees
- prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
- ensure compliance with federal, state and local payroll, wage and hour laws and best practices
- provides records/reports/documentation as requested
- provides guidance and support to managers and employees alike regarding payroll processes and issues

You are:
- experienced with payroll processing
- able to adhere to strict confidentiality
- able to work under pressure
- able to communicate well with all levels of employees
- a team player with excellent organizational and time management skills
- a college graduate (preferred)
