Regional Sales Executive- EvolutionX
B2B SaaS eCommerce Platform
This position is remote within the United States.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- An ambitious sales superstar – remember, you must prove it based on your past performance and you have ideally had formal sales training.
- Engaging communications style, including empathy.
- A passion for demonstrating our solution.
- You will create lifetime customers and relationships.
- preferably in some of the following verticals - Electrical, Industrial, HVAC, Plumbing, Gas & Welding, Business Supplies, JanSan.
- Awareness of Wholesaler, Manufacturer, Distributor, and Buying Group relationships.
- Understanding of end-to-end B2B digital needs – eCommerce best practices, punchouts, ERP integrations, payment gateways, complex pricing models, digital marketing, etc.
- Experience driving and executing a proven sales process from lead to close.
- A self-starting, hands-on “HUNTER” and “CLOSER” with an undying positive attitude and experience with SMB and Enterprise deals.
- A willingness to shut-up and listen.
- An ability to ask great questions and articulate a customer value proposition.
- Skilled in qualifying prospects and handling objections.
- You always act with the highest integrity and respect for others.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with our Business Development team to ensure alignment between lead generation and sales/marketplace targets and goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of our eCommerce solution (EvolutionX) together with our marketing services provided through our Spinstak Agency team.
- Use HubSpot to track all sales related activity.
- Follow a rigorous process of lead identification, qualification, engagement and close.
- Perform structured EvolutionX demos.
- Be knowledgeable of critical capabilities (including capabilities provided by our partners) on topics such as ERP integrations, rich product content, punchouts, etc.
- Produce customer proposals.
- Attend Trade Shows as required.
- Participate in marketing/promotional events and become a visible company spokesperson.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ideally have experience in eCommerce.
- An inquisitive mind with a passion to gain a deep understanding of our eCommerce solution.
- SaaS experience preferred.
- 5+ years sales experience leveraging a proven sales methodology (ideally with previous sales training).
- Experience and exposure to adjacent technical needs such as ERP integrations, Punchouts, etc.
- Experience with deal sizes in the range of $10,000 to $100,000
- Proven ability to sell to Business Owners, CEO’s, Heads of Marketing, etc., and helping them define a business case and ROI for the investment.
- Proven record of top-level sales performance with available references.
- Exceptional critical thinking and soft skills with a passion for getting every customer on the path to success.
- Team player that can work collaboratively across the organization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Diligent time management and follow-up.
- An ability to be flexible as well as a strong aptitude to adjust to change.
- Bachelor's degree desired.
