As a UX Designer you will be responsible for translating our product vision into visual artifacts that guide the creation of valuable software, ultimately delighting users and enabling the success of service industry businesses worldwide. You'll be embedded on a cross-functional product development team, actively contributing with others to evolve and modernize our B2B and B2C products. Your hunger and passion to create amazing software is contagious and inspires everyone around you to think differently about how users should interact with our software products.
This position will be based out of our office in Provo, UT at 4626 N 300 W, Ste. 200, Provo, Utah 84604.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in strategic and visionary discussions that influence the overall success of our products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Create visual artifacts such as journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes when appropriately needed to communicate usability concepts.
- Perform external research and competitive analysis to continually stay updated on user experience best practices and industry specific needs.
- Perform internal analysis to measure results against past customer behaviors, using the results to inform future product improvements.
- Operate as a team member on a Scrum Team where all members are responsible for delivering the sprint goal.
- Work in an iterative manner, focusing on “just enough” principles to deliver value quickly.
Experience Level Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a UX designer with B2B or B2C SaaS web applications.
- Comfortable using Figma as a design tool.
- Experience with highly complex enterprise products (i.e. ERPs).
- Understanding of design systems, HCI principles, and responsive design.
- General understanding and experience with iterative software development practices (i.e. Agile, Scrum).
