To build on the momentum, we’re searching for a highly qualified marketing specialist who can support the development and management of marketing campaigns and events in Canada, while assisting with development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. 
 

What will you be doing?

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to appeal to target audiences across a variety of channels such as email, social media and traditional media
• Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
• Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Establish and maintain relationships with multiple vendors and partners
• Work with marketing team to develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
• Work with marketing team to create content for Canada social media and other web-based marketing strategies 
• Support the Diversified marketing leaders in the quarterly marketing plan process and brand re-fresh, and prepare content for related activities 
• Tradeshow and Event Coordination
• Lead coordination of tradeshows, including vendor support, logistics, event management and resource requirements
• Provide support for our representation at tradeshow, conferences and other special events
• Create and implement trade show lead generation and post-event tracking process to enable accurate measurement of ROI from trade show participation
• Track tradeshow and event marketing expenditures

• Bachelors degree in marketing/communications or related field
• 3 or more years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate, or agency environment

Required/Desired Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

• Knowledge of traditional, digital and content marketing
• Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, marketing email platforms, CRM systems (e.g. D365, Salesforce), and content management systems (e.g. WordPress)
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office Tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exhibit critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
• Be a team player and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite is an asset
