We seek a highly skilled Electronic Security Solutions Field Engineer who can help drive our global technology solution-based business to a new level by providing a customer-driven approach to security system deployment, implementation, and commissioning equipment & systems in various business environments for both the government and commercial sectors with enterprise data center involvement.

You will travel to the customer’s site, collaborating with internal team members to provide optimized, integrated electronic security systems.

Where will you be contributing?

• Commission systems in the field optimize all the equipment settings to ensure the system operates as designed
• Collaborate with engineering and operations resources to prepare, implement, and complete final closeout on assigned projects
• Lead and direct operations resources in troubleshooting and resolving system errors and malfunctions
• Coordinate with Project Managers to communicate daily project status updates
• Manage assigned engineering projects and tasks, project documentation, and reports.
• Display effective time management skills while working on multiple projects of varying scale and complexity
• Perform programming, software configuration, and end-user training on various supported systems, including but not limited to:  Lenel, Genetec, Gallagher, S2, Brivo, DMP, Bosch, Milestone, Eagle Eye, OpenPath, AVA
• Provide the highest level of service in training the clients on systems

What do we require from you?

• A degree in electrical, electronic engineering or equivalent experience and certifications
• Minimum of four (4) or more years of experience with ESS integration or similar industry experience with expertise in commissioning systems in complex data centers
• Experience deploying access control systems and CCTV-related systems
• Ability to multi-task, excellent customer-facing skills, and an ace at troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Frequent travel by car and occasional airplane trips are required. You must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residency
• Multiple Security Certifications preferred for industry knowledge.
