The Director, Human Resources Business Partner is a critical role supporting the Go-To-Market (Sales) organization, approximately 900 associates.  The individual will be a trusted resource and partner for leadership to support and align the business’s vision, mission, and overall objectives with out talent strategies.  The individual will quickly adopt to and understand the business strategy to ensure dynamic solutions are provided using data analyses and organizational agility to guide leadership’s decision-making.



·       Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team improving leadership capability, team effectiveness, strategic insights and business/talent performance.  Demonstrates deep understanding of the business strategy, overarching people and culture strategies and objectives.

·       Proactive and thoughtful development and design- having a seat at the leadership table and setting strategic direction to move our business forward.  

·       Coach and facilitate with leaders in the areas of but not limited to: strategies around organization structure, job design, staffing models, goals and more.

·       Act as people and culture champion and change agent as needed.  Develops relationships deep and wide through the business so that you maintain good insights on the pulse of the organization

·       Working closely with our Talent and Development team, partners on Talent Management and Succession Planning, efforts and organizational design and effectiveness strategies that create a robust, specific, and scalable approach to growing our people and support our business strategy.

·       The position has responsibility to coach business leaders on leadership behaviors and practices, employee communication, development and performance management strategies and tactics to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development, including employee engagement / acting as a culture carrier throughout our offices.

·       Use key metrics to influence and drive positive change as you share emerging trends in staffing, engagement, retention, and efficiencies. Proactively partners across Diversified’s HR team to make recommendations for programs and other enhancements. You will use various sources of data to drive decisions and make recommendations.

·       Strong connection with Diversified’s Compensation team to ensure clear and effective linkage between goal setting, performance measurement and recognition/ reward. 

·       Will actively work with finance and the go to market team to ensure the appropriate sales plans are designed and administered.

·       In partnership with the Employee Relations lead, coaches' managers on managing and resolving employee relations issues. Maintains working knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

·       Coach leaders on how to communicate changes in an aspiring manner, monitors, and shares employee feedback.

·       Works with business leader and HR leadership to improve business performance by identifying talent/skill gaps and organizational issues that may limit the performance of the business.

·       Collaborates within HR to define and develop career paths based on future business and talent goals.

·       Acts as a liaison between Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure the workforce meets business demands. Provides guidance and insight into talent needs and recruitment challenges, assists with job design and organizational benchmarking. Participates in executive level selection process providing insight into competencies and organization development needs. Assists in staff planning and forecasting while supporting overall engagement and inclusion efforts.

·       Work remotely with client groups that are in other locations. Up to 25% travel may be required.



·      Bachelor’s degree

·      7 Years Minimum Experience in the HRBP role

·      Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership, through strong scenarios

·      Ability to use HR reporting & analytics in generating insights and presenting findings back to the business, as well as tracking and disseminating key HR data.

·      Demonstrated experience building strong, effective, and trusted relationships and networks.

·      Commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.

·      Strong communication skills, ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly

·      Ability to work effectively across multiple geographies and partners

·      Demonstrated ability to inspire trust and openness amongst colleagues and clients together with a reputation for high personal integrity

·      Expertise building consensus on a cross-functional basis

·      Facilitation skills, including fostering creativity in solution design

·      Highly motivated, energizing attitude that inspires others to seek higher levels of performance
