JOB SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Ticket Operations staff on event days – Denver Broncos home games and public stadium events (High School Football Championships, International Soccer, Concerts, etc.) The position will also assist with Customer Service (Mobile Ticketing/Problem Solving), Event Sales, and Will Call ticket distribution to all Broncos Season Ticket Holders and Event Day guests as well as assisting at Tables/Tents in and around entry points.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting Ticket Operations/service on event day by:
- Assisting with ticket re-distribution (SMS) on both Archtics, and TM Host software
- Assisting with problem solving duplicate ticket issues/ any other ticketing issues that may arise
- Assisting with ticket sales
- Assisting with will call as needed for visiting team
- Answer phones and assist with game day informational questions as well as assisting game day guests with accessing their tickets before they arrive onsite
- Provide customer service and conflict resolution to fans via telephone and in person in a professional and upbeat demeanor
- Educate ticket holders on the benefits of the technology accessible across several team platforms.
- Assist with problem solving (battery issues, mobile applications, etc.)
- Providing customer service related to game day informational questions and conflict resolution to fans in a professional and upbeat demeanor.
Contributes to team effort by:
- Completing other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Self-motivated and solutions oriented
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented with strong prioritization and organization skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Willing to learn, be creative and have a desire to succeed
- Ability to work all home Broncos games, other stadium events, nights/weekends and keep a flexible schedule
PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITY
- Proficient in the use of computerized ticketing software (mobile applications, Broncos and Ticketmaster sites, Wi-Fi connectivity, etc.).
- Extensive understanding of the latest in ticket technology, including online account management and mobile tickets.
The Denver Broncos Football Club offers Paid Time Off 1 hour for every 30 hours worked and a 401(K) matching program once you reach 1,000 hours in the plan year.
