Job Summary

The Manager, Sales Administration is a leadership role with team responsibilities, both domestically and internationally, related to the end-to-end processing of orders and returns, including managing correspondence with key partners in the order fulfillment process and meeting general internal/external customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. The Manager, Sales Administration will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong working relationship between Sales department and Sales Administrators with a high focus on delivery and execution. Additionally, this role will be accountable for coordination of post-sale support including technical and clinic in services, providing Cynosure customers a superior post-sale journey through to installation and training.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.

  • Provide strong mentorship, training, and leadership direction for Sales Administrators.
  • Identify and execute key process and technology initiatives needed to keep pace with Cynosure world class sales team and customer base.
  • Coordinate & schedule delivery, installation, and in-service for Cynosure equipment within the US and Canada.
  • Coordinate and schedule delivery for Cynosure equipment with key international partners.
  • Coach and educate team members on effective customer care techniques and strategies
  • Embody and deliver the “Exceptional Everyday” culture of Cynosure.
  • Potential additional key sales support initiatives as discussed with direct supervisor.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree required

Master’s degree preferred

PhD required

Education and experience combination:

Bachelor’s degree is equivalent to three (3) years of experience

Master’s degree is equivalent to four (4) years of experience


Experience

8 to 10 years relevant experience in a support role

10+ years relevant experience

Specific Related Experience: Two plus year in a leadership role


Skills

  • Strong understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • SAP/Salesforce.com experience preferred, order entry via CRM or ERP system experience required
  • Team player, well organized, sees tasks through to completion
  • Self-directed and motivated with an incredibly strong attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of managerial needs
  • High level of organizational and communication skills
