BASIC PURPOSE:

The primary role of the Executive Account Manager Senior is to provide coordination of administrative tasks for regional Sales and Recruiting Teams. This position requires the ability to work independently and in a team environment with a high degree of self-motivation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Healthcare Provider (HCP) application completion, tracking and submission. Utilize all available information sources, including calling the HCP
  • Help to generate leads through communication with the clients and relationship building
  • Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments.
  • Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
  • HCP/Client contract documentation management and compliance
  • Follow database protocols for candidate/client information
  • HCP timesheet collection, approval, and submission
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with HCP/Clients and team members
  • Be proactive with internal company credentialing needs, including expiring elements and recredentialing dates.
  • Documentation of all activity in eRecruit.
  • Encourage use of eRecruit portal by HCPs and Clients to increase portal adoption rate, and in turn, efficiency of organization.
  • Source leads for the assigned territory.
  • Identify opportunities for organizational efficiency.
  • Serves as team leader.
  • Other duties assigned by supervisor.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

  • This position may have Account Manager(s) and/or other roles reporting to it.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Healthcare and Sales support experience desired but not required
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel (including pivot tables and formulas), Calendar and Teams and Windows based database system(s)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills.

Education: High School diploma required or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Physical Demands of the Job

  • Sitting and working with computers for extended periods.

  • Should be able to work in a workstation environment without being distracted.

WORK CONDITIONS:

  • Employee must possess comfort in learning, training, and engaging with others virtually through Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
