Job Summary:

 Solutions range from spare parts listings and basic generic maintenance activities and troubleshooting as well Full unit overhaul to ensuring the maximised lifetime, increased efficiency and guaranteed performance of the customer’s equipment or installation – in a safe, reliable, and environmentally sustainable way. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Carry out and guide a team that conducts preventive maintenance on Superior Gas engines and Superior (gas) compressors, engine/compressor trouble shooting, routine maintenance & components overhauling whereby you work in a team that you lead as OEM representative.
• Execute warranty, modification, and design upgrades.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years experience in the gas-compression industry with at least 5 years of proven experience with Cooper Gas engines and generic reciprocating gas compression equipment and their control systems
• Suitable real work knowledge and experiences related to machinery maintenance, troubleshooting of mechanical/automation system and control of various machineries, e.g. power distribution, motor control, process sensors & instrumentation, pumps & fans and other process system componentry
• Ability to understand, use and correct electrical automation and flow schematics & drawings and competent level of related documentation.
• Preferably more than 5 years’ work experience of similar task
• Preference to ability to work on various gas fired 2 and 4-stroke engines with engineer background.
• Preference to knowledge of machinery, automation system and field service works in oil/gas/power industry.
• Experience in working in international environment and willingness to travel.
• excellent command of English, written and verbal
• Manpower management skills
• Effective customer communication skills
