TITLE: Custodial Technician 

REPORTS TO:  General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Custodial Manager and Supervisor

DIRECT REPORTS: N/A

WHO YOU ARE

A dedicated team player who works to aid in creating a seamless experience by paying attention to detail and ensuring all cleaning tasks are carried out with care and efficiency. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Uphold the health and safety of the venue by ensuring all cleaning/disinfecting protocols are followed correctly and consistently throughout the experience and all back of house areas.

• Efficiently communicates with the Custodial Manager and Custodial Supervisor to ensure proper inventory levels of cleaning supplies are maintained.

• Conduct regular inspections of the interior and exterior of the venue to maintain a high standard of cleanliness for a seamless guest experience.

• Actively participate in all essential job functions, including general venue upkeep, regular ball pit cleaning, completing all weekly/daily/hourly cleaning checklists, etc.

• Partners with other departments as needed to accomplish projects (Facilities, Logistics, and Experience).

• Demonstrate support and respect for team members and leadership through collaboration, effective communication, and adaptability.

• Act as a brand ambassador reflective of the company’s values.

• Participate in all other projects and tasks as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Must have 1-2 years of experience in a relevant position in a fast paced environment.

• Must be detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable.

• Must be inclusive and discerning.

• Must be able to participate in all essential job functions, including lift/carry 50+ lbs.

• Must be flexible with tasks throughout the work day.

• Open availability is required (including weekends & holidays).
