Public Health Nurse II

Clatsop County occupies the northwest corner of Oregon bounded to the north by the Columbia River and to the west by the Pacific Ocean. Named for the Clatsop Indians, Clatsop County is rich in history, scenery and opportunity.

Seeking one part-time Public Health Nurse II (30 hours/week) to coordinate and oversee special public health projects and services for the community and provide public health related program support to outside agencies.

 

Mandatory Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or Associate’s in nursing through a program accredited by the National League for Nursing with four years as a public health nurse, community health nurse or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position.  

Must possess and maintain driving privileges in the state of Oregon. Must possess unencumbered Oregon State Board of Nursing license and CPR certification.
