Production Team Member - 1st Shift and 3rd Shift

You will succeed in this position if you:

• Have effective problem-solving skills
• Have excellent math skills
• Acquired manufacturing environment experience, particularly glass manufacturing
• Demonstrate the ability to read work orders, use a tape measure and micrometer
• Possess the ability to be organized and follow detailed instructions
• Demonstrate the ability to work with limited supervision
• Able to work overtime as needed
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment

At CGS, the Production Associate provides professional, knowledgeable, efficient and honest service, all while being respectful and building strong work relationships. This team strives to achieve the company’s goals by streamlining processes and procedures, execute excellent product quality and minimize scrap.
