JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for conducting clinical behavioral health assessments and/or brief counseling of clients. Make referrals and conducts referral assessments, and follow-up. Provide training and/or workshops to EAP companies.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts clinical behavioral health assessments and/or brief counseling of clients and makes referrals to contracted providers for select diagnoses. Monitor and manage affiliate cases to insure appropriate utilization of the EAP. 
  • Conducts training/workshops to EAP companies.
  • Compiles case notes and other clinical information relating to the diagnosis and treatment of EAP clients. 
  • Conducts various follow up activities to ensure clients are receiving appropriate care. Performs other duties as required.
  • Available for on-call questions 24/7.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Skill in interpersonal communications.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check

• Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record check.

• Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance verification.

• Ability to converse and write fluently in English.

• Bilingual preferred.

• Public speaking/training experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health, counseling, psychology, social work or related field.

• Three years related experience in counseling and/or treatment.

• Licensed mental health professional in State of Oklahoma.
