General Description (major areas of responsibility of this position):
A person in this position is responsible to sell goods and to provide a positive customer experience primarily via phone, chat, or email, but may also engage with customers on the retail selling floor. A person in this position also records the successful processes and procedures required to carry out all functions. May perform one-off deliveries to support the customer relationship. Generates leads continually for the outside sales team. Over 80% of the job is mastered. Experience with face to face customer service is significant. Excellence is demonstrated consistently and process improvements are contributed.
Formal Training (courses, degrees, and credentials required):
Associate Degree, or equivalent experience; 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
Experience (type and amount of experience required):
Meeting the below KSAVs and
Minimum 2 years working for the Company as an ISR
Minimum of 3 year experience elsewhere within a sales role
