Program Supervisor

TSS is seeking a Program Supervisor

A Top-Secret level security clearance is required

This position shall be required to work at two locations in Arlington and

Springfield Virginia and have direct supervisory authority over all contractors and

personnel including personnel management authority.  Responsible for all aspects of employee discipline corrective actions up to and including terminations.

A qualified Program Supervisor in this role will be responsible for all program administrative functions, including but not limited to tracking contract hours, quality of work, and handling issues and proper issue escalation.   

A strong knowledge of contract performance deliverables and procedures such as scheduling and organizing employees to perform various duties, and handling of equipment to prevent equipment or facility damage. The qualified candidate must have the ability to monitor the employee work schedules, ensuring inexperienced employees are assigned to and teamed with experienced and highly qualified and trained employees for each work assignment. 

Required to operate Government owned vehicles as needed or as a back-up to any vehicle operator position as the Courier/Driver.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent. Needs to be able to read, write and

speak English fluently and be fully trained in the requirements of this contract.  Need a minimum of ten years prior experience and knowledge in supervising similar moving, mail management including duplicating and printing services, logistic management, and warehouse operations.

Lead the planning, scheduling, and organizing of a contract team to perform multiple scheduled and unscheduled tasks prioritizing critical assignments within specified turnaround time.  

Minimum of two years’ experience using the Windows Operating System environment and

MSWord, Excel software. 

Minimum of five years’ experience using an automated inventory warehouse system.

Must be physically able to perform the assigned work which includes lifting boxes weighing up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
